Not only will they be able to enjoy the scenery and all the sights, they’ll also be able to enjoy the warm weather that the area offers year-round. 

Salt Lake City and Cedar City: located just east of the state capital, are two locations that have a lot to offer anyone who wishes to spend romantic getaways in Utah. The charming downtown areas are filled with coffee shops and galleries displaying art work from locals and visitors alike. This combination of familiar faces and intriguing offerings creates a warm and friendly atmosphere. During the daytime, you’ll be able to find numerous restaurants, local stores, chapels, museums and theatrical performances. At night, you’ll be able to experience the same charming atmosphere without having to leave your hotel room.

If you are interested in visiting these areas during winter: you could try something a little more unique. During January and February, you can take your family to historic St. George for a day trip. During this period, you can visit Grand canyon national park and try snow shoeing down the West Rim. You’ll also be able to catch a glimpse of the winter landscape of Utah by taking a train ride over the Wasatch Mountains. You’ll probably be inspired to visit Utah again sometime during springtime, though it won’t be anytime soon. 

Spring is the time of year when you can really appreciate the romantic side of Utah: Its beautiful landscapes and abundant natural resources have made it the perfect spot for romantic getaways in Utah. During spring, the parks are blanketed with wild flowers and colorful birds can be seen all around. Couples can engage in hiking, biking, boating or any other outdoor activity that they want during this period. They can also go whale watching or catch some prime fishing opportunities. 

Summer is the season where you can enjoy warm weather, outdoor activities: This is also the time when visiting Utah becomes most economical. Because there is less heat, you will be able to spend less time in local hotels. You’ll be able to spend more time shopping around town and going to amusement parks. Your days will be filled with fun activities and you will feel happier knowing that you’re spending your time with your loved one away from the stress and worries of everyday life.
